The First Aid course is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively respond to a medical emergency. Whether you are a healthcare professional, a first responder, or simply someone who wants to be prepared to handle emergency situations, this course will provide you with the foundational understanding of First Aid. Throughout the course, you will learn to identify and respond to various medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, choking, severe bleeding, and more. You will also learn to properly administer first aid techniques, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the Heimlich manoeuvre, and basic wound care.

Our highly trained instructors will guide you through a combination of hands-on demonstrations, and interactive scenarios to ensure that you fully understand the concepts of First Aid, and can apply them in real-life situations. The course contents reflect science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and the 2015 AHA/Red Cross Guidelines for First Aid.
