Module 5: Leader as a Coach

Build a coaching culture that results in tangible business benefits​, examine

Module 6: Wellbeing at Workplace

Evaluate the leaders role in workplace wellbeing and its impact on productivity, analyze the Net Better Off framework and its 6 dimensions that boost wellbeing and productivity

Capstone Project

You will complete Capstone Action Learning Challenge for each of the 6 modules with your respective teams at work, and a Capstone Group Project under the able guidance of empaneled mentors from MentorNET, an Aster Health Academy Mentoring initiative, utilizing the concepts and techniques you have mastered from the course.

The time investment for the course includes 4-6 hours per week for asynchronous learning and 3 hours of synchronous sessions, along with doubt clearing sessions conducted by teaching assistants.
The synchronous sessions, conducted by our esteemed faculty, are scheduled for approximately 3 hours, with additional time allocated for doubt clearing sessions.
Yes. After successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a certificate from both Aster Health Academy and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Coursera.
Yes, we offer financial aid opportunities for participants.
Here's the structure of our refund policy: 1) A candidate is eligible for 75% refund if the drop out is within 7 days of launch of the program 2) A candidate is eligible for 50% refund if the drop out is within 8- 15 days of launch of the program 3) There is no refund if the drop out is after 15 days of launch
