Tushar Jaruhar is the founder of EdLightened. His company provides training and consulting services in Management and Analytics. The company focuses on developing careers through experience based learning programmes. He consults for a select group of clients, who are situated globally. He also teaches courses in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning at various institutions and corporations in India and abroad.
Previously, Tushar has worked for Reliance, GE, Hewlett-Packard and Zurich Insurance group, in different roles, globally. He has built businesses, transformed operations and worked with CXOs in designing strategy, managing finances and building organizational capabilities in Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, Africa and Europe.
He is an Actuary and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where he was the recipient of Kellogg’s Four Pillar award for Intellectual Depth. He has a dual Master’s in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from the University of Pennsylvania. He did his Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
